We stayed at Sessile Oak by Marston's Inns and really appreciated its convenient location — close to shopping malls, a beach, and with easy access to nearby destinations. The property offered a peaceful setting, perfect for a relaxing break. On arrival, there was a bit of a queue, but the staff handled it professionally and were genuinely pleasant throughout our stay. Plenty of parking and good security, including gated access with a magnetic reader system, added to the sense of comfort. Overall, a practical and well-managed place for travellers looking for peace, convenience, and a touch of security.
Nice pub, rooms ok for the price, service from the bar was utter crap. 1 person serving when 10 people were waiting. Other staff are not using their brains and help serve instead of putting glass away. Food was nice tho.
